Ammo on Clearance at NSB Walmart

I'm still buying the WBB (Winchester Brown Box / Service Grade) 380 online because I don't agree with Walmart's decision. But, because of Racer's posts in the other thread, I wanted to check my local Walmart. Turns out, they're clearancing their 'evil' ammo.

    Real-time pic:

Some may not be able buy online as easier as others. And yet others may not care about Walmart's politics. This post is for y'all.

Why don’t they “Man up” like Dicks and just destroy it all? Oh wait, they want to make money off of said “Evil Assault Ammo”.

OK.... dropped my daughter off at the mall and swung by Walmart to see.

In all my "excitement," I forgot to snap photos of the ammo cabinet. But, it was mostly full. A few empty spots.

Everything had a yellow tag "clearance" price. BUT.... they were all the SAME PRICE as the regular price! LOL! The yellow "tag" was right next to the regular price. The two prices were the same. And, I've been coming there enough to know the regular prices, and they didn't change. So, the "clearance" price is the same as the regular price. 0% reduction in price.

That said, there were a few "decent" deals. And, I think I found one GOOD deal. Winchester 9-mm at 14.8 cents / rd in a "500 Value Pack." $74 for the pack. I had never seen it packaged this way before at Walmart (or anywhere). And, there was one left.

Inside the big box were five 100-rd boxes.

The 5.56 ammo that was still there was not priced particularly well, so I didn't buy any... cheapest was about 36 cents / rd.

    That is an excellent start.

Might I recommend you start by saving a little each pay day and then use that to buy some ammo?
