    The school board should have been sued for millions in punitive damages with the stipulation the principal and assistant principle has to pay back 1/3 of their income till the bill is settled.

    Time to start personally holding them accountable for their stupid actions. Hit them in the pocket book and make it hurt really bad.

    Agree it was far too little for the violation of the student's civil rights, but I bet the principal and vice principal feel the pain. Should have been a much higher award!

    To little as has been said, but even more important that settlement should not be covered by the tax payers, it should come out or the administrators pockets.
