Well... there goes Glock's "negligent discharge" stats.
Maybe the lawsuit and financial liability associated with the first "accident" will put Full Conceal company out of business?
If I were them, I'd be embarrassed to even advertise this "weapon?".
It won't stop an attorney from arguing Glock's contributory negligence (for allowing the product to exist).
It's their name on the side of the "weapon". And maybe on the Form 4473, too?
Glock will have to affirmatively litigate this (almost assuredly unauthorized product modification) out of existence.
If I were them, I'd file a lawsuit to force Full Conceal to remove all mention, indication, trade dress, etc.. from both the modified product and its associated advertising.
Frankly, I'd be surprised if this wasn't already in the works. ??
Ya gotta admit that it is a clever modification and would probably be a good item for a Lady to carry in her purse.
When the thug steals the purse with the glock in it, They will probably "NOT" know it is really a gun and just toss it with the purse.
:dunno
