Own a security installation company and I work areas like belle Glade , opa locka, rough parts of a lot of bad neighborhoods.... usually until late at night. By myself. Its the Only reason I'm even pressing it.
Welcome to FCC from Palm Beach County, Brandon's! :wave
Since this was your first post to FCC, now would be a really good time to also go back and post you're own Introduction thread to FCC so the members get to know you. You can do that by going to the Introduce Yourself section of The Front Office and start your very own introduction thread. Then you'll find that lots of other FCC members will know to chime in to properly welcome you to the forum, and will be more responsive in answering questions!
My thought is that you should call them and see if you can determine why your app is on hold. You may need to get a lawyer involved if it is anything other than a paperwork glitch.
Well. I applied through the mail. They got my application on October 8th. About a month and half later suspend my application. I went that day and got them the paperwork for the loitering.sent it next day air. Now they just lifted the suspension and are informing me that it will take another 90 days.
The law, written several years ago, gives them 90 days to process an application, but it rarely takes more than a couple weeks anymore. I believe a suspended application resets the clock to 90 days, but if they have everything they need and don't find any disqualifying issues, I bet you have it a lot sooner than those 90 days.
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
