Sec. 50-349. - Noise regulations in general.

It shall be unlawful for any person to create, operate, or cause to be operated on private property any source of sound in such a manner as to create a sound level which exceeds the limits set forth in table 1 for the category of property receiving the sound when measured at or within the boundary of property receiving the sound.

Interestingly enough, typical human conversation is in the 55-65dB range. So outside near your neighbor is illegal.

FWC has no authority in the matter. Their authority is over the taking of game...period.

That's not entirely true. FWC can enforce any state, local, or federal law, including boating, fishing, hunting, and pollution also. They can also enforce any traffic law, though it's rare that they do. They've got better things to do.

You're correct that FWC has nothing to do with this circumstance.
