Legal knives for Concealment

I am unclear about knives appropriate for concealment. I have a 4.25" blade on a Balisong and a Benchmade Infidel 3300, double edge automatic. Are these legal for carry and defense?

I have a CWP for FL.

Thanks, everyone!

OK... I've got a question. Perhaps this has been answered elsewhere, but I'm not sure how I'd run a search for this specific question.

Many folders have a pocket clip. When placed in a hip pocket, the clip shows and depending how the design of the knife, a bit of the knife body peeks up out of the pocket. So, it's a bit visible. For legal purposes, is that "concealed?" Or are we better off not using the clip and just putting the knife loose, in the bottom of the pocket?

Thanks! And, VERY nice acquisition to the OP. :)

Just looked up the Cold Steel Tanto. Watched a video on their website. Wow... that's a scary serious knife! I'm building a small Spyderco collection. I really like them.

FS 790.001 defines weapons and a "common pocketknife" is not considered a weapon and therefore no license is needed to carry one. However, there is no definition of exactly what a "common pocketknife" is or is not. There is no mention of blade length either.

What this most likely means that a jury would decide what a "common pocketknife" is or is not, if and when an arrest is made and a case goes to trial.
