After reading positive review after review i finally got one for myself and it arrived today. You guys were right on the money -- what a great holster. Service, quality and fit is second to none even down to a small hex key to adjust the cant. I have been wearing it all day and comfort is great.

Early this year I bought a Panther OWB for my M&P Shield and a Rigid Belt. I wanted to wait and live with these 2 products a few months and put them to use before I commented and wrote a review.

1st I'd like to thank this forum for steering me towards Panther and Rigid because if it wasn't for all the other positive reviews I would have never heard of these company's or purchased their products.

After I got my Shield last year I bought some IWB and OWB holsters just to see which I liked carrying the best. for now OWB has won out for me mostly due to that I personally do not like a object inside my waist band making the pants tighter. I do a lot of driving for my job and IWB made my pants uncomfortable. Plus I am a left leg above knee amputee and part of my legs holding system includes a belt around my waist that is attached to the top of the prosthetic socket. So you can see that there would just be too much stuff with a IWB. Lucky for me I wear my shirt untucked about 99% of the time so a OWB works and is a lot more comfortable for me.

The Rigid belt is extremely well made, nice a thick, sturdy and looks great. I have come to really love this belt and will wear it even if I am not carrying my gun. I believe that is the best endorsement there is.

The Panther holster is so well made and comfortable I want one for all my pistols! The Shield securely snaps right in the holster, never gets jared out of place with all the in and out of the car I do. It is simple, well built and perfectly designed. It looks like it will last forever and I can't say enough about this product.:2thumsup<img src="http://www.floridaconcealedcarry.com/Forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=14884&d=1368669858&thumb=1" border="0" alt="Click image for larger version.

I just recently received my carry permit and trying to figure what belt and holster to get. I know this is probably like asking what color shirt to wear today, because it is what is comfortable to the wearer. I have a XD40 subcompact and have never been one to wear a belt so I tried a generic holster with a clip and just didn't like the way it carried. I plan on getting an IWB and an OWB so I can decide which way to go. So if anyone can help a newbi out I would appreciate it. Thanks

I had the pleasure of picking up a belated birthday gift, which my wife had surreptitiously contacted Scott to make, this past weekend at Brownie's Threat Focused course. I must say, now I see why so many folks hold them in such high regard. No sense parroting the same ole, same ole, such as, they're great, excellent service, quality, speed, price, comfort, fit, concealability, customability (<---not a word), etc., so I'll just let these pictures speak for themselves...

I know everybody likes to post bathroom pics but I have a second set of hands to help me out and I thought the water would make a nicer background. For what it's worth, you could pee in the water, if it makes you feel any better. :-/ Most everyone also likes to post pics while wearing their gun belts and typical carry garb. Well, my typical is a little different. I lounge around the house in sweatshorts and t-shirts. We decided to take a walk along the riverfront a couple of nights ago and I wasn't going to change just to do that. Normally I'd take the LCP but since I received my new Panther, I decided to take the G26.

So, without further ado, here is a Panther OWB holster, carrying a fully-loaded Glock 26, supported by nothing more than a drawstring-tie waistband (and just deal with having to see the waistband of my underwear; they're clean :grin ):
It's not cheap, but extremely well made and has a permanent leather lining to protect the firearm.

Mission Belts

Just purchased the Mission Belt ...

Just purchased the Mission Belt from Amazon.

Genuine Leather - 1.5" wide leather with no holes, double stitched for $40 shipped. It uses a ratchet buckle design which will be nice for carrying as it should give me a perfect fit everytime.

Anyone else have one? What's your opinions and thoughts? Mine should get here late next week. Can't wait.

Edit: Just saw it on Shark Tank (4/26). Purchased from Amazon before going to the actual website. Noticed the website had something about shark tank, which I record each week. Owner got a deal with Damien.
