Hi Everyone,

I recently moved here from the People's Republic of Kalifornia where a Private Party Transfer involves the two individuals going to an 01FFL to do the transaction and requiring a waiting period of 10 days for the buyer before they can take possession if their firearm. Now, here in Florida I was reading up on the laws and it seems that a PPT can take place between two individuals and most people just draft up a bill of sale and ask to see person's Florida DL OR Florida Resident CWP. Did I miss anything? I was thinking about hitting up the gun show at the Sanford Civic Center this weekend to see if there are any deals. Any added info would be greatly appreciated.
